NOTICE OF SUBMISSION OF THE TUNBRIDGE WELLS BOROUGH LOCAL PLAN
This statement gives notice that Tunbridge Wells Borough Council (“the Borough Council”) submitted its Local Plan, together with supporting documents, to the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities on Monday 1 November 2021 for independent examination.
The Local Plan and other submission documents, including the Sustainability Appraisal, Policies Map (including Inset Maps), Consultation Statement and copies of the representations made on the Pre-Submission Local Plan, can be viewed on the Borough Council’s website at: https://tunbridgewells.gov.uk/planning/planning-policy/local-plan/evidence
From week commencing 15 November 2021, copies of the submitted Local Plan and Policies Map will be available for inspection at:

- Tunbridge Wells Gateway, 8 Grosvenor Road, Royal Tunbridge Wells, TN1 2AB. Open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
- All libraries in the Tunbridge Wells borough area, except for the Tunbridge Wells library which is currently closed and the temporary library in Royal Victoria Place which has limited space. (Please check with the particular library for opening times).
