TW provide a citizen’s advice bureau service at Lamberhurst Dr's Surgery - every Friday from 1.30pm – 5.00pm by appointment or drop-in.
​This is a free and confidential, independent and impartial service. Anyone is welcome to drop by.


We are there for you, to not judge you, nor persuade you or tell you what you should do. We will listen, explain all the options available to you and advise you on the course of action you decide to take. It is about helping you to understand both your rights and responsibilities so you can make informed choices about the problems you face.
Paddock Wood Community Advice Centre offer a free, confidential and impartial advice service to our local community, including surrounding villages. Our advisers can deal with any problem no matter how small, covering subjects such as debt advice, benefits, housing issues including eviction and homelessness, neighbour disputes, relationship breakdown, tax problems, pension advice, understanding your legal rights, guidance on filling-in forms, making telephone calls and assistance in completing online applications .
Whatever you're going through, a Samaritan will face it with you.

Unfortunately we cannot offer you advice but we are hear to listen and to be there for you during difficult times.
